As I said there are plenty of trainers for this game so this cheat is useful only if You don't want to update or degrade Your Xlive. This way You can use the cheat with any Xlive version. So if You just quickly enable/disable the cheat, there is only a very low chance of crashing the game and it will give You so much energy and ammo, that it will be far enough to beat the level. I have made 2 cheats for myself which will give wast amount of ammo and energy. On top of that, they are crashing anyway.

I just got this game and there are a bunch of trainers for it, but my Xlive version is pretty old I guess and I refuse to update it, so all of the trainers are crashing for me. Heres a save that unlocks all parts and items, not all but some nom de guerres and Hard difficulty.
